Pines Living is divided into 4 levels. The facility comprises of numerous courtyards located on the ground level with a large terrace located on level 2. The courtyards have grassed and landscaped areas with concrete footpaths and covered seating areas. The facility has single and 2 bedded rooms. A typical resident room has carpets, built in robe, bed side tables, chair, call point, an electric high-low bed, reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fan.

In the future, some rooms will be available with extra services and upgraded furniture packages.

Pines Living has Registered Nurses (RN) who are responsible for ensuring adequate supervision and care of residents and work with Enrolled Nurses (EN) and Assistants In Nursing (AIN) on the wards. They provide essential mentoring, professional development and supervision to ensure the delivery of appropriate, effective and safe care to meet the health, social and holistic needs of residents of Pines Living.
We also have a team of General Practitioners (GP’s) who regularly visit Pines Living to provide ongoing medical care.

In addition, we have a team of allied health services including physiotherapy, diversional therapy, massage and podiatry

The staff at Pines are able to recognise and ensure early intervention and management in response to changes in an individual’s health, thus reducing the risk of deterioration and potentially reducing the need for unplanned admissions to acute facilities or transfer to the emergency department. 

Quality of life of our residents is important to us at Pines Living. Yoga is a wonderful option for seniors to consider who want to stay active and flexible without muscle strain. Pines Living comprises numerous courtyards located on the ground level with a large terrace located on level 2 to allow this activity. The courtyards have grassed and landscaped areas with concrete footpaths and covered seating areas. This is part of the diversional therapy program offered at Pines Living.
